Seth grew up in Northwest Georgia enjoying 360 acres of family property that is now in its fifth generation. He and his brother still share ownership of the land, which is also a certified tree farm. That upbringing instilled a lifelong love of the land that he now shares with his own children, while also giving him hands-on experience with timber sales.

After visiting the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area for more than 30 years, Seth is glad to call it home again. He and his family first lived in Perdido Key for four years beginning in 2002 before career promotions in the banking industry took them elsewhere. They returned to Orange Beach in 2019, where Seth, his wife Jennifer, and their two sons, Trent and Chase, now live. Their home features a boat in the backyard that he often uses when showing waterfront properties—an extension of the coastal lifestyle he and his family love. In their free time, they enjoy boating and fishing along the Gulf Coast.

Seth graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and spent 20 years in the banking and finance industry before transitioning into real estate in 2019. He also holds an FAA Part 107 certification, allowing him to fly his drone to capture aerial video and pictures of properties for sale or give buyers a true bird’s-eye view of the home or land they are considering.
